Our foundry department is equipped with<\/span> 7 die-casting islands,<\/b> fully automated, which allow us to produce aluminum castings with a wide range of weights, starting from a few grams up to a<\/span> maximum of 8 kg. <\/b>This process ensures final products adaptable to various industrial and technical needs.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n To ensure optimal melting of aluminium, we use a<\/span> Marconi melting furnace,<\/b> powered by methane, which has a casting capacity of 2000 kg.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n We mainly use aluminum alloys such as EN AC 47100, EN AC 46100, EN AC 46000, EN AC 44300 and EN AC 44100. This choice allows us to offer a wide range of solutions to effectively respond to the specific needs of each project.
