Foundry

Our foundry department is equipped with 7 die-casting islands, fully automated, which allow us to produce aluminum castings with a wide range of weights, starting from a few grams up to a maximum of 8 kg. This process ensures final products adaptable to various industrial and technical needs.

To ensure optimal melting of aluminium, we use a Marconi melting furnace, powered by methane, which has a casting capacity of 2000 kg.

We mainly use aluminum alloys such as EN AC 47100, EN AC 46100, EN AC 46000, EN AC 44300 and EN AC 44100. This choice allows us to offer a wide range of solutions to effectively respond to the specific needs of each project. Furthermore, the systematic application of mold thermoregulation technology guarantees us to produce castings while maintaining stable and reliable processes.

In addition to aluminum die casting, our department is also specialized in zamak die casting, thanks to the use of machines capable of automatically managing and controlling the process parameters.

The design and construction of the molds are carried out in close collaboration with the customer and our specialized technicians, thus ensuring a coordinated approach that takes specific needs into account.
